‘A continuous take filmed at IKEA, Melbourne.
Two cameras were positioned at the exit: one facing the
registers, the other at the kiosk as you leave. I walk
throughout the video in a circle, purchasing the cheap
soft serve ice creams and then giving them away to
people as a goodwill gesture. The aim was for myself
and IKEA to create an act of kindness together, in a
sense, a corporate synergy between artist and brand.
